Model MSP JET/TS reinforced machine for mixing dough with a low percentage of liquid. It features a special drive to reduce stress and a large spiral.
This mixer is suitable for medium/soft dough for baguettes and other types of traditional French bread. Equipped with bowl locking system to keep the speed constant. Can be supplied with manual, semiautomatic and automatic controls.
Average capacity with 50-55% water.
Ideal Mixer for medium/artisan Bakery Laboratory and Pizzeria. Capacity finisched dough Kg.35/40 or Kg. 80. Fixed stainless steel bowl. Gearing with reducer in oil bath. Machine on wheels.
