The slicer OP has been looked on to open through horizontal cutting a great variety of products: Croissants, Briox, “Doughnuts”, Buns, Rolls,Hamburguer, Bread, etc...leaving the pieces open with both middles completely separatedor «as a book» (partial cut).
Provided of 4 regulators, wich it lets adapt to the cutting of very differents sizes. Perfect and instantaneous cut of pieces thanks to a special steel disc.
