The machine is used for production of cream and other products requiring mixing and heating up to a maximum temperature of 150°C.

Mixing is done using a special tool equipped with scrapers preventing product sticking and burning.

IDEAL MACHINE FOR CONFECTIONERY PRODUCTION: various creams, fruit mousses, chocolate melting, chocolates, blancmanges, fillings, coating glazes, soups, sauces, risotto, polenta, béchamel etc.

  • Heating system uses heating oil positioned between two bowl walls.
  • The machines have two operating speeds and enable product heating to a desired temperature.
  • Timers - Time clock.
  • Cover with the funnel enabling product to be replenished without switching off the machine.
  • All elements coming in direct contact with food are made of high quality stainless steel.
  • Tilting bowl makes it easier to remove product and clean the machine.
  • Available with bowls of 30, 60, 80 and 120 litres.
  • Stainless structure.
  • In standard mounted on wheels.
