Fixed deck STATIC cyclothermic ovens
In fixed deck cyclothermic ovens the heat is transferred to the product being baked through both conduction and radiation.
The hot fumes produced by combustion are channelled through special cavities placed in direct contact with the ground and top of every baking chamber.
Once heated, the ground transmits heat to the product being baked by conduction, while the top completes the baking by radiation.
The continuous improvements as a result of accrued experience have made this particular oven model:

the dual heat transmission mode ensures even baking of many types of products.
REACTIVE
the chamber heating system, as it is directly linked to the high temperatures of the combustion fumes, makes the oven particularly fast in recovering temperature.
CONVENIENT
the previously described reliability and reactivity together with a low thermal dispersion, due to precise insulation, also make the oven particularly prudent in its consumption.
