ROTARY convection ovens

In convection ovens the heat is transferred to the product being baked by a flow of hot air, circulating inside the oven.

The rotation of the rack inside the oven allows the air flow to be fully invested in baking the product, thus ensuring even baking.

There are many technical innovations that MACPAN brings to rotary convection ovens, such as positioning the baking air ventilator under the burner to significantly improve regular performance in baking and consumption. This air distribution system also allows the steam generator to be placed in a position that both allows an abundant and continuous production of steam and provides easy access for routine maintenance work.
The new combustion chambers allow a decrease in the usage of Kcal and the resultant consumption of fuel, thanks to the high heat exchange (yields up to 94%).
