MACPAN’s Automatic Bread Production Line is comprised of five pieces of equipment: divider, rounder, intermediate proofer, molder and auto panner. Its compact design and user friendliness makes it suitable for industrial bakeries. At a great rate of productivity, this five-in-one automated system produces high quality baguettes and bread rolls. Auto Panner machine, designed to deposit the rolls/ baguettes onto grooved trays. Maximum dropping speed is 30 trays/minute.
MACPAN's dynamic intermediate proofer is designed so the dough changes hopper several times while proofing, from the moment it enters the machine through to its dispatch for moulding. It is also suitable for working with highly hydrated pieces. Indeed, the high-density nylon hoppers are designed to prevent sticking even with the most hydrated doughs.

The PREMIUM makeup line is made by the STANDARD solution, plus an automatic tray loading device.
Can be used with a wide range of doughs, especially highly hydrated ones. Thanks to the use of different proovers sizes from 190, 274, 358, 442 and 526 pockets, the plant can produce up to 2400 pieces per hour up to 2.500 grams.
